Gurmat Studies

Gurmat Parsar Sewa Society is running Gurmat Parsar Training Institute for past many years now. 10+2 pass students are recruited and imparted training for 3 ¼ years. The subjects covered are Gurmat Studies, Socio Religious and Moral Education, comparative study of religions with special reference to Sikh History & Philosophy, English and Computer education. Institute has its own hostel facilities.

Educational Development Program

All trainees are required to pursue Graduate Course from Punjabi University, Patiala. All these students belong to economically weaker sections in rural areas. All expenses on their education, boarding and lodging are borne by the Society. Gurmat Sangeet and Religion are compulsory subjects for these Trainees.

Employment Generation Scheme

On successful completion of their training, an attempt is made to post them in rural/ urban areas where they educate general public about the teachings of Shri Guru Granth Sahib, importance of healthy and disciplined living and how to become good citizens. They help children of the locality in their school studies and educate them about the ill effects of social evils e.g. use of drugs & alcohol, featicide etc. They also involve themselves in guiding the children in sports activities & social work.

ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਦੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ

ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਸੋਸਾਇਟੀ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕਈ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਚਲਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਥੇ 10+2 ਪਾਸ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ 3¼ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ । ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ, ਧਾਰਮਿਕ, ਨੈਤਿਕ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ, ਸਿੱਖ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਧਰਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਤੁਲਨਾਤਮਕ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ, ਅੰਗਰੇਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ (ਲਾਜਮੀ) ਅਤੇ (ਇਲੈਕਟਿਵ) ਅਤੇ ਕੰਪਿਉਟਰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ । ਸੰਸਥਾ ਵਿਚਹੋਸਟਲ ਦੀ ਸੁਵਿਧਾ ਵੀ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਹੈ ।

ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ

ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਤੋਂ B.A (Graduation) ਕਰਨਾ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ । ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਗ੍ਰਾਮੀਣ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਗਰੀਬ ਵਰਗ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਹਨ । ਇਹਨਾ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਖਰਚੇ, ਰਹਿਣਾਂ, ਖਾਣਾਂ, ਵਰਦੀਆਂ, ਦਵਾਈਆਂ, ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਆਦਿ ਸੋਸਾਇਟੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਦੇ ਹਨ । ਇਹਨਾ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਮ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਹਨ ।

ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਯੋਜਨਾ

ਸਫਲਤਾਪੂਰਵਕ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਹਨਾ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਾਮੀਣ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । ਜਿਥੇ ਇਹ ਆਮ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿਖਿਆਵਾਂ, ਸਿਧਾਂਤ, ਅਤੇ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਨਤਾਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਢੰਗ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਬਣਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ । ਇਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਹਨਾ ਦੀ ਪੜਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਬੁਰਾਈਆਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਨਸ਼ਾ, ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਭਰੂਣ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਆਦਿ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ । ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਇਹ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਡ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਸੇਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ।
